Whether your goal is to fit into smaller clothes, lose the cellulite, or just feel like yourself again, we all have health and fitness goals that we are CONSTANTLY striving for

And if you’re anything like me a year ago, you’ve repeated the same plans, the same macros, and the same training plan over and over again hoping for a different result

But we get the SAME result

The thing is, change doesn’t come to us by being the SAME person using the SAME strategies to overcome the the SAME problem

NO

In fact, we have to become GREATER than our problem and aware of the changes we need to make in order to achieve out goals.

Here are 3 things cock blocking you from achieving your desired end result

1. Blame – you’re not taking responsibility of our own damn self. This includes your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Uh huh, I see you playing victim

2. Insecurity – you let the fear of being disliked stand in the way of achieving your wants and desires. Where are my people pleasers at?

3. Perfectionism – you beat yourself up for not being able to stick to a strict set of macros and training plan even though it’s not working. If it’s not perfect, it won’t work, am I right?

Any combination of these 3 qualities will short circuit your ability to achive your desired end result of what ever goal you set because it keeps you playing small, keeps you from growing, and keeps you from being flexible aka rollin’ with the punches
