Can we all be fucking real for a second?

It’s cool to talk about, and try to understand, our hormones, but the truth is it doesn’t matter HOW MUCH we know about this stuff, our body is going to do WHAT IT WANTS to do in the end.

Sure, we can have a dramatic influence on our health by what we eat, what we do, and how we live, but at the end of the day, you’re at the mercy of your body.

And the thing is, dealing with this stuff is FRUSTRATNG, LONELY, and requires a massive amount of PATIENCE while simultaneously feeling like a flaming dumpster fire.

I HEAR YOU! And I want you to know that you are safe and supported here in this community.

Your body WANTS to be healthy. It’s not trying to REBEL or do you WRONG. But at the same time it wants to SURVIVE.

Your symptoms are a byproduct of your body trying to survive in an inadequate environment.

Your symptoms are trying to tell you something and they should not be ignored.

No one should ever tell you that ‘it’s all in your head’ and you’re ‘just being dramatic and weak’.

You are the only one who knows what your ‘normal’ is for you and you deserve to be heard.

If you’re dealing with a hormonal imbalance, you’re not alone.

I came to understand what it means to struggle with health and hormonal imbalances. Everything from hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, PCOS, insulin resistance, infertility, miscarriages, the list goes on. And I came to understand what it feels like to have your symptoms dismissed or ignored.

And now I’ve become a leader in my tribe who has made it her soul purpose to make sure YOU have been heard and show YOU just how strong and empowered you truly are.

I have no idea how to wrap this rant up other than please know that I SEE you, I HEAR you, and I’m here to HELP you.

Have a great weekend, loves.
